Heat oil (any kind yo...We make bok choy like this:<br /><br />Heat oil (any kind you like) in a skillet with fresh garlic (2 or 3 cloves, however many you like) once the oil is heated, at the bok choy and cook down for 4 or 5 minutes. Add a little bit of low sodium soy sauce to taste.<br /><br />It's yummy! The kid's even love it!<br /><br />We'll have to try the recipe for croutons! It's Emeril's Tuscan bean soup. (Link below). To make the recipe easier, I just use a bag of the mixed dried beans you can get at the store (throw away the flavor packet). And instead of buying fresh herbs, I use dried.
